“Inkless Promise” – Art West Lake·International Ink Art Expo, was held on May 25th at the Hangzhou Peace Exhibition Center.
The Expo is designed and constructed by Beijing Bei Chuang International Convention and Exhibition. The overall booth design is full of international atmosphere. With the effect of lighting, it brings out the comfortable and simple atmosphere of the booth, highlighting the unique charm of Chinese contemporary ink.
The annual ink festival, which is famous for its paintings, gathers contemporary Chinese and foreign ink paintings, allowing each visitor to be in the artistic conception of ink and wash, mastering masterpieces.
The “Art West Lake·International Ink Expo” was hosted by the Chinese Culture Promotion Association and the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Culture. The deputy director of the Art Museum of the Central Academy of Fine Arts and Professor Wang Chunchen, curator of the 55th Venice Biennale China Pavilion, served as academic host, Jiang Feimo and Wang Boqiao is the curator.
The Expo invited hundreds of contemporary ink paintings to participate in the exhibition, and more famous artists such as photography and animated images appeared.
Ink, has always been an artistic expression with cultural self-confidence, it has an extremely powerful and eclectic ability to foreign culture. The endless vitality of ink art is that it always adheres to the ontology while opening itself.
